When is an order prepared and delivered?

Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days following authorization. Estimated transit after shipment is another 4–6 business days.

Are both problem and change-of-mind returns allowed?

Yes, for eligible new goods. A non-defective item must be unused; defective goods may still be reported. Exchanges are also available, and the request window is 30 days after delivery.

Is there a return-label charge?

No. A free prepaid label is packed with the order for a qualifying return. Wait for approval and mailing guidance before use. We charge no restocking fee and initiate an approved refund within 10 days.
