Refund Policy

We accept qualifying returns of new defective and non-defective goods and consider exchanges. Start the request no later than 30 days after delivery. New non-defective merchandise must remain unused and in its original state.

Start a review

Write to malusc.wattpad@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase email and explanation. For damage, faults, incorrect items or missing pieces, attach helpful photographs or video. Obtain approval and accurate return instructions before mailing.

Label and restocking

The package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible mailed return. Contact the store if it is absent. No restocking charge is applied. Exchange fulfillment depends on approval and stock.

Returning funds

After approval, the refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial provider may show it later. Rights protected by law are not restricted.
